華星東方公司承建的安徽省馬鞍山市和縣生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項(xiàng)目煙氣凈化工程于2022年11月08日通過(guò)72+24小時(shí)試運(yùn)行。

The FGC project undertaken by Huaxing for the waste incineration power in Hexian, Ma'anshan, Anhui Province passed 72+24 hours of trial operation on November 8, 2022.

該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)總處理規(guī)模為600t/d，建設(shè)1x600t/d的機(jī)械爐排垃圾焚燒生產(chǎn)線，配置1x15MW汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組。煙氣處理采用“爐內(nèi)SNCR＋半干法(旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧)+干法(干粉噴射)＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除塵+SCR（預(yù)留）+飛灰輸送、存儲(chǔ)及穩(wěn)定化（僅設(shè)計(jì)）工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司設(shè)備供貨工程。

The capacity of the plant is 600 t/d. A 1x600 t/d mechanical grate production line is constructed, equipped with 1x15 MW steam turbine unit. The FGC process applied "in-furnace SNCR + semi dry rotary spray + dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + SCR (reserved) + fly ash conveying, storage, and stabilization (design only)". It is an equipment supply project of Huaxing.
